I want to buy a 1GB memory stick for my p990i mode, but i can only find DUO PRO, not simple DUO like that comes with the phone. Is the PRO model good?

and about this card...i put a 256 card in the phone and it worked extremely hard...menus and everything; 1GB will make it worse. Is there a trick to solve this problem?

the size of the card dos not count. I have a 4GB (Pro Duo) and works like a charm.
BTW: do you have the latest FW on your phone? Check the other posts on how to update.

not entirely true. it does also support duo but duo only goes to 128mb so I doubt you would want that.
If you want to be thinking of the future then you can also get an M2 memory stick and either get a separate PRO duo adaptor or if you get the M2 2GB it comes with one

how is the phone working without the card?
do you notice a difference in phone's speed when u insert the card?
is this card original, from a trusted source?
