I'm having an ongoing battle with t-mobile at the moment.
On my PAYG account I am registered to receive 20% of my top-ups back each month.
The problem is that while their system tells me the credit is on my account - its not letting me actually spend it. I have credit on there amounting to £38 but I can't even use it.
When I complained about it last month they discovered there was a problem and credited me with £17 which I was happy with - so they acknowledged that there was a problem and I thought they were going to sort it out.
This time around they just tried to shut me up by offering a credit of £3.50 which I declined because I am going to have to ring up every month with this until they sort it out - which is a nuisance.
Why don't they just try and fix the problem instead of trying to fix me.
