> How do you use hyperlink as a signature
Bookmark topic
Hi, I've just joined and I was hoping for some advice on how to have a text link to my website in my signature. I put in the HTML code and it just appears as code.
Thanks

you need to use bb code not html.
ie: [.url=www.google.com]gogle[./url]
not including the dots by the url bit

Your nearly there. You have to remove the dots. So it says [url= and [/url

@jcwhite_uk, just a hint
when you want to give an example of bbcode but not have it parsed during display, just tick the "Disable BBcode on this post" box in the options area under where you type the post
in that way your example would look like this
[url=www.google.com]gogle[/url]
and so no need to add dots to get it displayed
btw, not sure what gogle is though
