Hi,

Is it true that the SE W810i goes slow, when used with 1 GB memory stick?

What about 2 GB perfomance?

I used a sony 2 Gb in my K750 and it worked perfectly so I doubt that the w810 will cause you any problem. Just plug &play !

i have two 1 gig cards and a 512 meg one, and they all seem to have no effect on the operating speed of my w810, plus all of them are full with stuff, so i dont think there should be any effect, if so then it might be that you are using the older firmware, so try updating via SEUS and it should be ok.

I have used SanDisk's 4gig in my 810i for 3 months now. I see no difference between the 512mb which came with the phone and the 4gig I purchased

never ever had any problem with 2g gb card in w810. u should take sony generic one or sandisk

i have a 1gb sandisk in my k750i, i have noticed a bit of a lag on the sony ericsson startup screen but its only for like a second more than it used to with the 64mb card
