I upgraded my W950 to the latest software R9EC001. Now I've lost the ability to have personal ringtones. Anybody else experiencing this?
This only affects synchronized contacts from Outlook, not new contacts.

Did you backed-up your contacts in the phone,too?Cuz I always do that and if I dont like the backup from pc,I restore from phone.I never encountered your prob though.
