This has got to be one of the funniest and saddest things i've read so far this year...A man with terminal lung cancer and who doctors have given 1 year to live has won the lottery, but the catch is he gets $50,000 a year...unlucky or what.

What a bitch! He should of gave the ticket to a family member who would last longer (maybe a 16/18 year old with many years left).
