I cant wait for the price to come down this is just what i need a direct replacement for the laptop and pda, but if it could also replace my p990i (phone, camera, mp3 player) all the better!!! but i wouldn't be happy without the

!

I think this is a great unit but £2000 is way too much to pay for this..sometimes makes wonder how Sony justify some of there prices?

Quite true, people will literally buy anything with the Sony name.
Bill Gates actually said the same thing when asked about how PS3 sales would affect the Xbox360.
But £2000 for Pocket PC is a little steep even by Sony's standards!

Its a bit more than a pocket pc I guess and I gave it some serious thought but ended up with
this more traditional vaio last week and it was also £100 cheaper!
I'll probably keep an eye open in a few months when these hit the second hand market, for now, some more pics! (taken from
here)

Unless i am mistaken i think Sony pretty much have the market cornered with this one, and i certainly will be buying one once the price comes down! and when you think about it i paid £1500 for a Compaq presario laptop with 40gb and 512mb ddr with windows xp 4 years ago the near £2k price for this seams very reasonable!!
it really is quite unique!
