Guys, i need a help! since yesterday my phone didn´t work. it turn on, the phone work to make calls, but when i try to open my menu, the phone shows a message


DYNAMIC MENU ERROR
Configuration error! Please contact your operator or your service centre.


I tried to reflash my phone, but davinci 13.7 or Gflash didn´t recognize my phone. only using Far i could navigate in my phone.

PLEASE, someone could help me????

if u have made back up of gdfs ...

restore it ..and flash again .

you could download the custom files from topsony and then use far to customize /finalize your phone with it.

just download it and then put everything in :
\\tpa\\preset\\custom

that might do the trick, because I had a error once which was similar to that.

thanks for the help...

i already have all the custom files....

but it won´t work... none of the programs that i have (far, davinci 13,7 and gflash) didn´t recognize my phone...

i send it to technical assistance to repair, so I will wait some days for a answer.

Sony Ericsson technical assistance resolves the trouble...

After 1 month in their labs, they will send me a new sony ericsson phone... probably they will change my w800 for a new W810...

did you never try to install the usb drivers again? far manager was unable to recognize my phone and that's what i did.
