I am loving my new w950 - but having trouble finding good software for it.

I have found MGMaps, Quickoffice, SlovoEd and GView to all be fairly good. Would recommend them to people who need such things.

Gameswise, PicoDrive is an excellent Megadrive emulator (ROMs are easy to come by), but I haven't found anything that really makes use of the graphics or the stylus pen ability that well, and all the Java games I have are small on the Sony's screen.

I would love to find out these things:
* How to export notes as a bitmap, jpeg etc or
* A drawing program for the stylus (better than notes)
* Better video player (playlists etc) and more codecs (wmv, divx etc)
* Picture viewer with slideshow
* Games that push the envelope (with stylus maybe)

I'm sure you wise and knowledgable people can help - thanks guys

jon

Phew! just finished 30 pages of w950 discussion !!!

Didn't really find anything new. Thanks though. Generally ranting about battery and firmware issues.

In case anyone is wondering - there is a workaround to export note 'drawings'. Use a screencapture app and you will probably get a usable PNG file (I used The Open Screen Capture). would be nice to have an export as... function built in though.

That's one down hahaha.
