I have a S700 and a DCU-11 USB Cable
and I don't know how to flash it? or it says that I have the wrong cable

You need DCS-25 desk stand to flash S700 using SEUS. Or you can buy cruizer cable to flash using FAR manager! DCU-11 is data cable and can't be used to flash firmware. There is modification (DCU-11 to service cable) but I tried it and didn't work!
