Hi All,
I've just debranded my phone after much worry about the outcome and I have to say it was completely painless. I just thought that I'd post on here some answers to questions I had which I couldn't seem to find answers to. It might help someone, you never know....
Q. Can you use the USB cable which doesn't have all the pins?
A. Yes, the USB cable I used came with the phone and only has 4 pins.
Q. Do you need to be using a USB port which has power enough to charge the phone at the same time?
A. No
Q. Do you need to plug the charger in whilst flashing to keep the battery at 100%?
A. I don't know, but I charged to 100% then flashed without the charger conected and it was fine.
Q. Why can I not create an account on the Wotan site?
A. You need to pay then you'll get an email sent to your paypal email address which contains a username and password.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Mine took roughly 6 minutes
If anyone else had any of these questions hope my answers helped. If I think of any more I'll add them on.
