It is obvious that people would find life extremely difficult without computers, maybe even impossible. If they disappeared for just one day, would we be able to cope?

Be a part of one of the biggest global experiments ever to take place on the internet. The idea behind the experiment is to find out how many people can go without a computer for one whole day, and what will happen if we all participate!

I think i could but id get very twitchy, i dont have a pc/laptop on holiday for 2 weeks but i need a PDA or id die!!

I could certainly do it at home but in work theres no way i could do it.

It one of the best thing about going on holiday for me, i don't use a pc for at least to weeks, which is sheer bliss!

I know... but you get weirdly fast over it - and then you realise after 2 tv-free years: you didn't miss a thing!!! I now get really ticked off watching tv/listening to the radio, etc...when "they" don't get to the point!!! All that filling material without substance... Apart from work, I have no problem being "off-line" - of course I'd miss the miracle that is esato!!!

24 hours without, would be hard but i would definitely benefit, my girlfriend wouldn't moan half as much, my arse wouldn't get numb or my eyes sore, and i would probably be in bed early! lol
