Well, I finally took the decision to update my K800's firmware from R1CF001 to R1GB001.
I don't know if I should have actually done this, because I have now lost the ability to mod -- forever...
The update went smoothly.
I was only worried about one thing: When I held the "C" button and inserted the cable to update my FW. I had to install the flash drivers and so did I. After I installed them, the phone turned on and was stuck on the SE logo. It was just stuck there. Turned off the phone, removed the battery, but still... It wouldn't go after the SE logo. Anyway, I proceeded with the update... After the update, I still had the problem...
I just left it switched on, waiting on the SE logo, and after a while it said "Please wait", and after a while, the phone turned on
Now, it seems to work fine
Now, I have one question: I have EROM R3A011. Do you think I should upgrade it?
I had that you can do it for free using Wotan by leaving the login boxes empty and clicking start, and then pressing 2 + 5 on the phone and plugging in the cable.
Does this still work?

The reason why your phone was stuck on the Sony Ericsson Logo is because you have a bad EROM. These are signs telling you your phone is going to die soon.
