Correct

For the duration of your bundle, unlimited evening browsing is from 7pm and 7am Monday to Friday, with weekend browsing from 7pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.

If you have the unlimited evening and weekend bundle you will never pay more than £1.50 a day for your peak-time browsing. Peak-time browsing is between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

To ensure the fair allocation of network resources for all customers the unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle may not be used for: modem access for computers, internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, Instant Messaging, peer to peer file sharing and non Orange internet based video. If such use is detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls may be applied to all services which Orange does not believe constitute WAP or mobile internet browsing. This may result in a reduced speed of transmission, inability to use such services and, at the discretion of Orange, removal of the bundle. The unlimited evening and weekend browsing bundle is subject at all times to a fair usage policy of 1000MB each month. Usage above this amount will constitute abuse & Orange may, at its discretion, monitor usage and withdraw the bundle from your account in the event that the fair usage policy is abused.

Not sure if you know, but PAYG on Orange allow you to browse wap all day up to 40mb for just a £1. You have to select this tho when you go to the wap page

Hi all,
Besides the fact that the terms and conditions are exactly the same as T-Mobiles virtually word for word this off peak only plus if you decide to use some peak services still works out more expensive than Web N Walk so i really don't see the big deal but at least Orange are trying to do something. Unlike Voda who keep on saying something new is coming but never it never seems to arrive well not as yet anyway.

Hi david1975.
I am a contract customer not a PAYG customer but from my understanding if you are a PAYG on T-Mobile you cost is capped at £1 per day max. But as i keep on trying to point out if you are going to be spending £1 a day on which ever Network which is £30 or £31 per month you could save yourself a lot of money and get a much better deal as with a Flext 20 £20 per month tariff you get £34 worth of value that can be split between voice calls and texts not predefined your choice. Then for another £7.50 per month you get Web N Walk which gives unlimited day or night Data usage with fair usage cap of 1gb Total cost £27.50 per month. Plus if you sign up via the web they often have special offers so even if you get a free phone or pay £20 to £30 you can sell the phone to reduce your costs even further or have a nicer brand new shiny phone. I just don't get it this has to be better value than PAYG Data usage unless you don't use it every day but as you have £34 of call or text allowances as well you would not need to pay any top ups on your PAYG.
