> Woman Falls of Platform While Texting
Bookmark topic
A 25-year old woman fell off a subway platform and onto the tracks because she was too busy texting to notice how close she was to the edge. The woman fell after she ran into another commuter at Honmachi Station in Osaka Japan, Unluckily for her, the incoming train was right on its way she was saved only because the train conductor happened to see her and was able to stop the train 20 meters before he ran over her. I think she may have stopped or finished her text message by that time.

i was expecting more of japanese technology, they put usually a lot of crap features, a kind of anti-fall system would be nice for subway mobile users

So where does the power come for Japaese subway trains because here on the Underground you'll be lucky to survive if you fall because the 2nd and 4th tracks are live.
