hi folks new to the site but i really need some help!!??? i have just got a w950i but....how do i go about getting my video files from my pc transfered over to my phone and actually get them to work?? i managed to get one over but it will not play on my phone is there some softwsre i need to use on the files first
any advice on this will be gratefully recieved

only video files with the extension .3gp or.mp4 can be viewed on your phone .mpg .avi and other extensions are not supported you need to convert them first.

The W950 (unlike the M600 or P990) will also play WMV files.
The software you need is called M3. It is by far the best program available for creating videos that will play on the SE Symbian-based smartphones (bar none!). Best of all, it's 100% FREE!
I don't recall the download link off the top of my head, but if you do a quick search of these forums for "M3", you will find it.
