Hi, I received my phone yesterday and I am very impresed with it. However I was wondering what video files can I use with the phone e.g. MP4's and were I need to put them because it does not state this in the instruction booklet

MP4's / 3GP's will play fine, you will need to place the files on the video folder on either the memory card or the phone itself. This can be done via bluetooth or PC memory card reader.

\MSSEMC\Media files\video
it supports mp4 and 3gp

EDIT: KK I added the MP4s to my phone in the video folder and the come up as audio any way to fix this?

it seems that your mp4 files are bigger than 176x144. try to resize them.
