HELP PLEASE???

everytime i open an application it immediately closes...

ie. when i compose a SMS, the Messages Application closes immediately, the same applies to other applications..... help?

i already formatted drive c: but still no luck.

You need to do a master reset. That is the best way to start the process.
Control Panel/Other/Master Reset.
