When I plugged in the headphone/ear cable into my W810, to my surprise it changed to the car profile automatically. It does not do that when using a Bluetooth headset.
Anyone know why this might be or is it just MY phone that is being picky.
Now I know it does it for my K700i and I also know this feature was changed after the K700i or around that time.
btw:The search didn't turn up as much info as I thought it would.
Any info would be greatful.

well that's not a problem.....go to Settings -> Profiles -> highlight the profile that apear when you plug in(In Car profile as you say),hit More -> Edit -> Accessories,and here Delete Portable hands free
now it must work as you wish
