u mean standby mode? how old is your one? it takes time, that the batt reaches better performance.

it takes a number of charge/discharge cycles before the battery reaches full capacity. I remember when I got my W810 about 9 months ago, the phone just about stayed on for 2 days but it got better over the next week and half after that. And now it can stay on (with a fair amount of usage e.g. playing games and listening to music) for about a week.
