ive been using dbpower amp for a year or two.but the prob is tht in my itunes i have all the album arts and the ID3 tags filled and the dbpower does not seem to preserve the album arts after conversion.
so can any one suggest a good converter that can preserve the album arts?

I use a free converter called AUDIOGRABBER. Don't really see what you mean by album arts 'cause I'm not that demanding in that field, but I must say I'm more than satisfied by the quality and possibilities the application offers. It even has a tab allowing you to download all the album info from the net (is that what you call ID3... ?) and these info appear when played on the phone or a any music player.
You can choose different speed rates in order to reduce the file size, etc.

Mine is quite old as I downloaded it around year 2000 but it does everything you may need.

Make a google search and you'll find it (hope so).

I think Audiograbber is more a CD ripper than an audio converter.
