> Is it worth upgrading the software on my T68i

I am having a terrible time finding a service centre or Carphone Warehouse repair centre that can upgrade my T68i from R2B025 to the latest release in the UK, without my poor phone sleeping over for some indeterminate length of time
I am hoping the upgrade might fix the problems I am having with BT.
Can anyone confirm that this upgrade is going to be worth all the anguish?

Well the best thing i would say is for you to phone up se and ask them if a software upgrade would help your probable, i use to have a t68i on r26 and it worked great with bt.

I had two T68's upgraded to the i in September at a CPW centre in Reading, Berkshire...they did them both within 3 hours whilst I did some shopping.
Question...how do I know what upgrade version I have got and also what is the difference please?
