Hi, my W850 wont play songs properly through the earphones.. it worked fine before.. but now its all tinny through the earphones. like its a bad quality MP3.. but their not. they play fine through the loud speeker. but turn crappy though the earphones. i have updated the firmware.. and reset the phone to factory settings.. but its still the same.

Anyone else had this problem?
Thanks

Could be a problem with either the earphones or perhaps the phone's fastport connector. Do they work intermittently if you waggle the conector? Try cleaning the phone's connector with a toothbrush carefully and try again.
