i have the lateset software on my phone butit still restarts on it on i have done a master reset and then upgrded the software again but it still restarts ,How do i do format the phone internal drive pls help me

what phone are you using? judging from your avatar if you are using a p990 then you have to access the services menu for the internal memory format option. to do this use the following combination: "jogdial up - * - jogdial down - jogdial down - * - jogdial down - * '*' means pressing the '*' key on your flip. when you open the menu you'll see the option for doing an internal memory format.
