Hey All,

I really need to phone up O2 to activate a certain service (Mobile Web) on my SIM card, but I really can't afford to waste 50p/min just trying to get through and then - knowing my luck, being let down. However, I still need too . So does anyone know a way of getting past this Premium Rate? Or even better, another number to call?

Any help would be really appreciated!

I'm on Contract though

However, I do have a P+G SIM, will I still be able to talk to them about my Contract?

Thanks

As a Pay Monthly Customer, you shlould be able to contact O2 Customer Services by dialing 202 on your O2 handset. You can also try 100, but that is more for technical problems...

this is true. u could dial 0870 and 0845 numbers with your inclusive minutes or dial 100 to access customers service and it's free!

yes it's true, thats a good thing about 02, you can dial 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0800 for free from your 02 handset. As long as you have free minutes to use of course.

Edit: To dial 0800 number from 02 you must in this format: 800
