> W800i Start up Picture

Hello guys, when i start up my Sony Ericsson W800i i see the "Sony ericsson with logo" and black background.
is it possible to get rid of that picture and put in another animated gif picture?
i tried to copy in new gif picture same sise after the fist sony picture witrh black background, you know the ones on w800i with orange balls moving around on the screen? but when i copy over with anouter file it never show up on the phone later when i starting phone name of file is "SHUTDOWN_IMAGE_SEMC.gif"
Please help me
and one more question, can you give me link in this forum about how i change the icon on my w800i menu and where i can download icon other member has made?
