I know a lot of people can't get Mobile Phone contracts and other credit due to CCJ's against them or simply because the address they are living has been blacklisted.

Usually its costs money to find out your Credit History but with this offer you do this for absolutely nothing.

The offer allows you a 30day trial along with a free credit report to help you get your finances back in some sort of order.

And its with the U.K's No:1 Credit References Agency's Experian

This offer has been around for a long time, however you'll never get registered online right away. They always ask for proof of address or an ID to be posted to them and thats very off putting, plus you need a credit card to register as well.

I'd love to know my credit rating but really cannot be bothered to post them anything.

The reason they ask for ID is so that people don't try and obtain someone else credit file,I don't think thats such a big deal and is something i would quite happily do myself.

Just giving your personal details online and expecting to get your Credit Report would leave it open to Fraud, so its understandable.

I have been using this service for some years now, it costs me £59.99 a year and £4.99 for every online credit score.

The yearly subscriptions cost includes free access to your information and alerts you to any changes about your info.

It may seem a bit expensive, but it has bought me peace of mind. And it has done my credit rating the world of good!

Being self employed whilst renting is a big no no to lenders, yet with the info this site gives has been a great help to me.

Well worth it!

At the time i joined though i wasn't required to send off any info, though as axxxr said this can only be a good thing!

Very useful that Axxxr! You posted that at a perfect time for me too, as I'm having a few problems with a loan and my credit rating so this should be very useful to me!

Though just tried signing up and it said that the site was 'unavailable' for some reason!

@axxxr

Have been aware of Experian and Equifax for a long time now usually to obtain a copy of your credit file costs only £2 well it used to anyway. But i have to dispel a myth an address is not Blacklisted only people are or people that are associated with them at that address are or can be. An address is innocent.
