I think that 3650 looks similar to those old pulse phones with pulse dialing disk... so it's just old old "classic"

Nothing similar to this Apple phone!

It's round.... So? It's a new flavour of the IPod MP3 player (Have you tried it? It's really cool, and sensual actually: you just touch it and it works)
I wouldn't call this a copy -especially considering the age difference of these two. You shouldn't forget it takes a lot of time to design a phone, especially with a new shape factor. So, I would rather call that a coincidence.

I haven't seen a phone with push buttons and circular layout. But I remember the old phones with dialling keys in the bottom of the phone
I don't think the circular layout on the new Nokia phones is logical at all. Everyone are used to the rectangular layout now. Think of all the devices you are using with rec. layout: ATM's, PC keyboard, calculator, fixed line phones, mobile phones, TV-,CD-, DVD-controls, etc. etc. Don't really know whom Nokia is trying to convince with their new layout.

It's like forcing people to use the Dvorak layout on the PC keyboard
