Hello,
I installed a HCB 700 kit but can't get the microphone to work. If someone rings me I can hear them pefectly through the HCB 700 speaker but they cannot hear me. Peculiarly, I can hear myself through the speaker - even when I put my mobile outside the car and even when I disconnect the microphone cable from the HCB 700. I know there's probably a simple explanation for this but I fera I'm too simple to know what. Help!

Hmmm... that's very odd. Have you got the mic and speaker cable plugged into the correct sockets? It's easy to get them mixed up.
Does the mic work or not? Or is it intermittant? It's a very thin, fragile cable and easily damaged. Check it's condition if you're unsure.
