O2 Locked BlackBerry 8700g with box, and USB Charger with instructions only. Wall charger can be bought on eBay for £4-5 however, BB can also take the V3 charger or any other mini USB charger.
I have checked the PIN on the BB and it is released so you will not have any problem adding to a Blackberry Data Tariff.
