just wondering in general how much you spend on mobile phones a year
also do you buy them sim free or wat for a contract?

In my case too damn much! According to what I've spent in the last 60 days on Ebay, I've spent £1,116.22!

And that doesn't include any trading on Esato!
I do a bit of fixing of phones the reselling as a bit of a hobby really, to bear in mind I've sold a lot that I've bought on, that total would also include repacement parts like LCDs etc., and I've hopefully made a small profit on that!
Most phones, as a result that I buy are secondhand and usually faulty in some way when I get them.

i ussualy buy a phone a year. last year i bought a k800 but i sold it 2-3 months later because i didnt liked it and then i bought an m600. but this was an exception

I have 2 contracts so i get 2 new phones a year or 18 months now with one, last year i got the P990i and W950i for £149 but i am always buying bit and bobs off ebay to renovate and add to my collection, more of an hobby though and i dont spend anywhere near as much as sammy_boy or at least i hope i dont!!

I usually recoup most/all of what I spend when I sell on, though my problem is buying a phone, fixing it, then thinking 'oooh, I like this one, I'll keep it for a while'. This is when it gets expensive!
