When I talk on my ericsson and there is background noise (even the slightest) the person im talking to cant hear me very well. what can I do to fix this problem?

Take it into an ericsson service centre and list the problem. They should replace a part in the phone and upgrade your phone software. The best time to do this is in March. As you will require to go to a service point once. To fix your mic and upgrade to MMS!
Ive had my mic sorted and upgraded to R2A! Its much better now. But i still have to go to a service point to upgrade to R2B with MMS!
