> Problem in MMS Motorola C168

I am having a problem in downloading ....MMS which a friend of mine has sent.....
When i try to download it....it says..fetching request sent...then it says MMS fetching failed.....
I have tried..customer care service but nothing useful
What should I do..cant i reciever photos IN MMS in c168
or i have to activate....GPRS......
??
I am lost Pls help

yes you will have to activate gprs first. and then get the settings of mms from operator and save it to your phone. i think retrieving mms would be free.
