I suspect it could be a hardware problem.
Try turning on tones or going into the service menu (>*
Good Luck!

Keys stopping working is a fairly common problem on K750i/W800is, could be you need to take the phone apart, and try removing the keypad PCB and re-inserting it. This may have worked loose causing your problems. But see what happens in the service tests first, see if those keys are malfunctioning in that first.
It could also be that you need to replace the keypad PCB, could be it's become faulty. Has the phone been wet at all recently, even only slightly?

in the service tests when i pres one of the buttons that arent working the test quits instantly, the phone hasent been wet or dropped...

So it throws you out of the keyboard test? could be that those keys aren't responding, the keyboard service test will exit automatically after a couple of seconds if it doesn't detect any keys being pressed.
If you feel confident about taking your phone apart, try taking it apart then removing the keypad PCB and plugging it back in, cleaning any dirt, dust or debris that you can see. Also look for any signs of corrosion, just in case.

Be careful not to bend the ribbon cable, as that screwed my old k700i keyboard up
It's probably a lose connection then.
