> W850i Earpiece speaker fault

Has anyone encountered the earpiece on the slider being faulty? Mine vibrates and can hear own voice in earpiece when speaking. It's not a network problem and doesn't happen in other handsets. it's damned annoying. I've had W850i for 4 months and on 4th handset, replacements either had faulty buttons or set on fire when charged, 2 have had faulty earpeice speaker. Seems poor build quality otherwise phone is great.
