I just read the news on the release of the new James Bond's T68i edition. From what I read, that new Phone will have the Polyphonic Ringtones option Available. If this is true, It will really piss me off because I'm in the U.S. and upgrades for my phone are not available. SO if and when they come out with this new upgrade to the phone, I'm going to be stuck with an out of date phone. This Pisses me Off. Won't this piss off Other U.S. Residents? Voice Your opinion!

That would be a cool option but i too would be pissed off if they came out with that, cuz i already paid for a t68 and now for a t68i, polymorphic ringing tones would be cool though, and downloadable games would even be better!

I live in the US and ericsson won't flash my phone either so I was forced to do it myself, I had no problems so its no big deal to me.

Scythe - read the second news article on the Esato home page. It talks about the T68 James Bond version and even has links to a page on the SE site that mentions appearences of the T68i and the P800 in the new film.

[ Edit: Oops, I ment the P800 not T800 ]

I would have been rather fed up as well if I was in the US. Personally I think the market strategy SE have chosen for the US is un-fair to their customers. If an upgrade like that ever becomes reality I think everyone should gain of it.

the current t68/t68i hardware does not support polyphonic ringtones. so a simple software upgrade will not make the phone suddenly play 007 tunes in all their glory...
