Hi, I have using K800i ever since it was in available about 6 month ago. Got no problem at all. Like the picture taking very much coz of the cybeshot. mp3 has always been amazing. Changed the theme almost every other week. No problem with transferring jpeg files, mp3 file, synchronizing etc. No problem with e-mail too.... internet... I should think my best sony eric I had ever owned...

I'm on my 3rd K800i, the 1st 2 I have pluged into my PC and messed with the firmware, I.e. Installed a torch feature and done the SE update via the PC and this seems to be enough to make the phone well unstable. Approx £600 later I'm not messing with the firmware because I know I'm gonna get problems if I do...
The 1st two phone's I also bought 2nd hand from Ebay and got no shop recipts so I was stuffed when it came to trying to get repairs done.
