I'm trying to convert my K750i to the newer format but I'm having one annoying difficulty.

When editing a text message (input 1) the softkey area goes light grey even if I use an image.

The preview screens look fine and other downloaded themes seem to work without doing this so I guess I must be doing something wrong!

Can anybody point me at the element which is affecting this?

I noticed this too if you start with an empty theme, but, if you use the newest version of the Themes Creator (3.10 or newer) and start with an empty theme, and use the command File->export empty resources, edit those images and then use File->import resources, the softkey background is not grey in the text input mode anymore. I suspect that it is one of the background images from standby or desktop that is used as background in the input panel.

Thanks. It was the Desktop COLOUR which I hadn't changed as I was using a full image!
