I just went to buy the 81pc tool box then, after entering my address details it mysteriously sold out.

Mmmmmmm! Not just a ploy for them to send you a clubcard is it?

have you not gone one already?..most people have and its known that Tesco's collects every bit of data about what we buy and when we buy it based on our club cards...so basically they are just useing it to monitor our individual spending habits...i find that quite wrong and intrusive!

The only way to stay truly anonymous these days is to pay by cash, any time you use any type of plastic card Debit/credit/reward big brother is watching closely taking notes!!

Well thats true, but Tesco have gone that one step further it was on the news a while back because they have built a whole new database based on clubcards and monitors every pint of milk, eggs, cheese ect that you buy, when you are most likely to buy it and in turn calculates how to make you buy even more..there sytem works out spending behaviour patterns based on clubcards...no wonder they have become so huge..its scary!

I do however find it quite useful that when you make a purchase and use your club-card the items are automatically placed in your favourites tab online to aid any online grocery shopping you may wish to do! plus i like the reward scheme, tesco is great tesco is great tesco is great tesco is...... sorry! dont know what happened then!

but asda is closer so they win hands down every time!!
