Does it really looks like the arctic blue face with the mineral gray body? If so, then I can probably get tons of thoese!

No, it looks really differant. The body is blue, not grey.

You mean this. My phone is Adriatic Blue, AT&T Exclusive.
Got it in the U.S., had it unlocked in the Philippines. It's blue all over, and the above plate is slightly bluer than the Artic Blue one.
