Hi Guys,
I recently bought a k800i and was playing aroung with it when I remembered the old trick how to get into services (from my T68 days) Anyway, I checked the Call Time which services claim that I have made and this amounts to 2h 40m. I then checked the same statistic via the settings option, and this states that MY total call time is about 1h.
Why the difference?
Does call time gather in services when SE are testing the phone?
Have I been sold a second hand phone as new?
Best
James

The service menu call time is the 'lifetime' call timer, whereas the one in the menu can be reset by the user. I think the only way of resetting the lifetime timer is by reflashing the phone's firmware.
Sounds like your phone has had a bit of use before you recieved it then, and hour 40 mins by the sound of it!
