Though it will NOW depend if you are on CONTRACT, and if it has an allotment for FREE -tv use (network dependent) . . . but I remember at my end when a NEW local-network was joining the bandwagon . . . they offered FREE usage of GPRS - unlimited ! It ran for sometime until eventually subscribers had to PAY for the USE
