I have had my phone for about 35 days it is from cingular. When I use the phone in the car regardless of using the headset or not I have a very hard time hearing people that I am talking to. I have turned up the volume all the way but it does not help. When I talk to people they complain about alot of static like I am driving with the window down. I do not know much about this phone butIi am willing to try anything even unbranding if I have to. Does anyone have this problem and if so do you have a fix?

hi and welcome mate. i suggest you to take it to a sevice center. if it is under warranty, you might get it fixed for free.

well, they seem to be giving faulty phones. anyways, what is the firmware version?

about the dropped calls, is good enough the network coverage in your area?

>=joystick right
*=asterisk key

then go to Service Info, Software Info. there you'll find your firmware version. yours should be R1CA021 or R1DB001.
