> W800 , Answer Phone problems

I am experiencing problems with my mobile phone W800.. At this time the phone on occasion dials 'by its self' no.1 button on the phone. This leaves me with a problem that i have to lock the phone all the time to prevent it from dailing the Answer phone 'which is fast key no.1 '.
I have found when talking to people on my Mobile, the phone also tends to dial 1, which can be very annoying for the person your talking to.
I have also found that when this occurs the no.1 button is inaccessable for me to use.
Could it be the battery?, sim or phone itself?
I have questioned people in O2 store where i bought it, but unless the problem is occuring during that time, its not easy to know what to do.
I hope there is someone who is able to help me with this problem.

does it dial 1 or just does what should happen when u press 1? if it dials automatically, try swapping sims. if its the later, then it can be a keypad problem

It dials 1, sometimes 11 and sometimes 111.
If i can press the number 1 it doesnt dial the answerphone unless i hold the button down.
And the phone only connects to the answerphone when a singular 1 appears, so at times it doesnt dial the answerphone - it just keeps showing the numbers 11 or 111 or 11111 and if im speaking on the phone it can keep dialing 1 continously...
Would this be a sim or keypad problem?
