I have the 'Operation Failed' message when I try to open 'Applications'. From the postings here it seems the only way of correcting this is by updating the firmware using Wotanserver.
Before I do so are there any settings I need to record so that I do not loose my WAP, message settings etc.
When you upgrade with Wotanserver do you have to add the 3 UK settings back in the phone?
