Wotanserver took my credit, client crashed at the end,
W810i phone is now non functional. Tried to run update again
(R4EA031 CID49 -- Rogers Canada) but it said I have
0 credits.

Very nice.

Any way to fix this WITHOUT paying again ?

contact wotan and complain. imo visit a mobile shop and ask them to fix the problem. its up to the seller there if u get it fro free or not. are u from canada?

I had exactly the same problem. Client crashed at the end and phone was
left not functioning. I tried to use their support form but did not get any replies. So I would suggest to everybody use alternative services instead of
wotanserver.com.
