i know tht higher the bit rate...better the quality!
but what if i covert a file to 128kbps and 92 then 192...will i loose the quality or will i get the quality of 192??

you will lose quality compared to the original, of course!

if it didn't, we could all store our music at 92kbps (or even 1kbps) and use hardware that would reconvert it as we played it back to 192kbps
