Hi All,

Can any one help?

I'm trying to merge my K800 contacts with my outlook contacts using SE PC suite, but everytime I try the phone freezes after a few seconds, I then get the message from sync manager saying "No connection - OR_MPM_OBEX_OP_TIMEOUT" I have tried using BT and the cable but this happens with both.

Any ideas on what I can do to sort this?

I have R1ED001 firmware on the phone.

I had the same problem despite upgrading the firmware to R1GB001 and using PC Suite 2.0.53. It occurs only when I personalise ringtones or pictures to my contacts, otherwise the synchronisation works.

Cheers, that worked.

Bit of a bug going on there. Took me awhile deletting my pictures from the contacts.

Use Myphone explorer. Smaller and free sync to outlook/outlook express/thunderbird, etc.

Or just sync Bluetooth IrMc.
