> Big problem with tmobile

Today i went to my local tmobile shop looking to port my orange number then start to use web and walk when i was told i would not be allowed to use web and walk what so ever because i was gonna use my t610 so i asked if i could use another sim free phone and was also told no apparently only a tmobile branded handset is capable of using web and walk i was a bit annoyed so i rang the sales number to be told they were right so tmobile is of no use to me at all

thats typical salesman nonesense.
I've used many non t-mobile phones with full web'n''walk fuinctionality and there is no reason why a correctly configured T610 could not use web'n'walk via GPRS

Thats what i thought but both the shop and on the phone said i couldnt the person in the shop also said i could pay 7.50 and get web and walk the same as on a contract being on pay as you go this would be great but the phone said i couldnt i dont know what to do now
