Which SE phone comes close to the specs and feature set of the N93?

I'm always surprised to see topics like this. its almost as though, with the few possible candidiates that SE offer, the requestor is not capable of doing the simple comparison themselves
either that or its a thread created to stir up ill feeling between nokia and SE users when in fact both manufacturers are taking different directions and so there really isn't anything to compare
either which way, its always worth mentioning the specs of the phone mentioned when starting such threads

Its clear to me that there is no direct comparative product between N93 and anything SE, and why should there be? SE don't have to compete with every Nokia model produced and if they did they would stop being innovative in their own design as too much time would be consumed trying to match everything Nokia does

many here would probably wish there was, and I expect given time as SE develops its portfolio there will be more products that can compete with individual nokia products.
In the meantime, SE is still working to expand and develop its portfolio and this clearly takes time and we can all look forward to what is yet to come

I can't understand one thing -- even though they both have a 3.2 megapixel camera (K800 and the N93) why is it that the videos taken on the K800 look horrible compared to that from the N93. Is the lens really that important? Or is this more of the magic of software?

thats probably down to the fact that N93 can record at VGA resolution while SE are still recording only at QVGA resolution
also MP4 that is the default on N93 is generally accepted as better quality than 3gp that is recorded on SE phones

users as they have nothing to fight back with
SE doesn't have a direct competitor to the N93 because thats not high-priority right now.

if people want the functionality of the N93 they will buy the N93. why should they feel frustrated at SE when they have a choice, i.e. to buy Nokia or to buy SE?
at the end of they day, and I've said this many times, I buy what suits my needs and often that has been windows mobile but in fact I have now not had a WM device for a couple of months.
I too am interested in various Nokia models but I keep my options open as a general rule and its probably only my participation here any my enjoyment from previous SE models that makes me look to see what SE has now and what is known about what is next.
I never expected to get the w880 but its now becoming a phone I keep with me. the reason is form factor. SE has that to offer with good functionality but I can't think of a Nokia that would compete
the point is that it works both ways and we should all keep an open mind, not get upset when one manufacturer does not deliver what we want when another one does.

Then you need to realise it is a Multimedia smart phone with business abilities and that is it's main selling point and strength and weakness. It handles all Multimedia activities with ease and it is a capable Smart Phone when it comes to Calendar, E-Mail and viewing Doc's also.
It has no equal in the Market place for what it does and the processing power it has, it is the first device to be fitted with a full scale 2D/3D graphics accelerator chip and this is how it achieves 640x480 30fps Video recording and stunning replay of properly encoded Films or Video. Only the N93i already launched and the N95, E90 soon to be launched have this same processor and graphics set up so far.
Also why should SE have to have anything to compete with it they have there Walkman and Cybershot range that are creating there own niche Markets why should they have to go head to head with any manufacturer model for model? as this makes very little sense to me.

I do think its a good idea to have very high-end, flagship device as all companies should strive to make their products more advanced and raise the bar because ultimately, its this sort of technology that trickles down to the cheaper models later on so everyone benefits ultimately.
